Appended is the ChangeLog diff from nano 205 to nano 207. (Only one bugfix.)

This isn't critical, but arno (w32) and art (darwin) might want to upgrade to
nano 207 for the bugfix. The bug means that a node becomes unreachable after
its IP address has changed. (It can still connect out, but everyone has the
old, incorrect IP address for it so they can't connect to it.)

===================================
Mnet v0.6.1.207-STABLE - 2003-03-23
===================================

Core:
 * Fix bug in which node didn't update its published phone book info
    when it detected that its IP address had changed.

===================================
Mnet v0.6.1.206-STABLE - 2003-03-13
===================================

Details (probably meaningful only to hackers):
 * Use env var OGGDIR to find location of libogg. Clean pyvorbis module
    on "make distclean".
 * Stop using unsafe macros which, with very low probability, might have
    caused crashes if the extension modules were built with a different
    compiler/libc than the Python executable.
