[mnet-devel] w32 and Darwin packages are behind the times

As I posted to the list:
I hesitate to re-setup my mnet tree on my new machine becuase I expect it
will be a huge PITA. Since this is for a single release before we move to
the new tree I am not sure it is worth the effort. Sicne Icepick has a
working old tree on a mac maybe he will be willing to do this for me this
one time. Hence keeping me from entering a rathole. :)
