We once had an extensive discussion (on IRC) about threadsafety. Actually,
I think it got cutnpasted to the mailing list. It really ought to be found
and put into some doc such as the Mnet coding standards doc [1].
Anyway, the (over-)simplified solution is "Single-thread them all, and let
Twisted, or Zooko, or someone, sort it out."
