By the way, the C implementation of libbase32 is nice to have since we write 
base32 IDs into the log file so often.  It will also be nice for minimal-CPU-
usage input and output of mnetURIs which are base32 encoded.  It uses libzstr, 
and unlike cstringdictdumpsz(), libbase32 can't be trivially rewritten not to 
use libzstr.
