By the way, as of v0.6.2.323-STABLE I've added another way to introduce nodes 
to MetaTrackers that skips the bootpage step.  Put the "MetaTracker 
phonebookentryinfodict" thingie into your broker.conf under a key 
"ADD_METATRACKERS", as shown below.  When the node starts up it will read the 
phonebookentrydict from the ADD_METATRACKERS key and replace it with a word 
"added".
