Did you unsubscribe because of the ongoing discussion between amichrisde and jdd?

Although I'm interested in the general ideas, those ideas are sufficiently far-
future and incomplete that they should be constrained to relatively little 
bandwidth on mnet-devel.

That is, speculative ideas are welcome on mnet-devel, but the more 
speculative, the fewer messages should be sent about it.  For detailed 
discussion of such ideas, there ought to be another list, although I'm afraid 
I don't know of one.  Perhaps we should create mnet-bluesky.

Also I think the somewhat antagonistic tone of the discussion is bad for Mnet 
development.  The Mnet development culture is rather different than the 
Freenet development culture in that we value politeness as a way to increase 
our chances of success in the struggle for freedom.
