Both zooko and I have run circle on our computers and they have inspired us
to package our code better.

They have a working Distrubted Hash Table that makes having a central server
not needed.  Mnet would like to copy this.

I would love to.  My only problem with this is that the circle project isn't
as focused on privacy.  Our goals are closer to Freenet.
