Summary: Ogg/Vorbis snarfing in Describe.py (see task id 68938)

Initial Comment:
This is a patch to Describe.py which attempts to import
ogg.vorbis, and if successful will snarf ogg/vorbis
info from relevant files. If it fails to import in
inserts a message in the 'Description' field, letting
the user know about installing this module. (Maybe
this is a poor way to handle the UI for this case...)

The ogg package is available from:
http://www.andrewchatham.com/pyogg/
(And as a debian package python-pyvorbis.)

I think I'll wait til Nejucomo and Myers figure out the
Right Way to include 3rd party modules in our packages
before applying this patch.

Oh wait -- it doesn't hurt (much) to apply it now. I'll do it.
