[mnet-devel] nevermind about random item

Whoops -- now that I think about it we *don't* want a randomly selected 
item.  What we *really* want is an efficient persistent cursor that we 
can start in on a random item and then walk to the end, move to the 
beginning and walk until it reaches its original starting point.

We can also make do with a non-persistent cursor.

And such a thing is already offered, so nevermind and sorry for the 
false feature request.
