Zooko was heard saying:

of digital signatures.  Anybody who is thinking about the idea of
real-world ecash deployment who is thinking about efficiency is looking at
the wrong problems. </grumble>


Hmmm... I belive Jim was talking about efficency when he said that SOAP
and XML wouldn't work. And how accounting between users and tokens as
fullfillment was done. So.... What was it that killed MN and DigiCash?

Besides the fact that they didn't solve a specific problem. (I'm not
saying they didn't do cool things. But no one was hurting for a solution
to the problems they seemed to solve. Or, also possible, I don't
understand the problem they were aiming at.)
