It looks like we're finally seeing the dreaded "blockstores full -- new content
pushes out old" problem that Tschechow has always worried about. Look at the
Gone Blocks -- Total and Gone Blocks -- New columns:

Now the best we can hope for (without getting more and larger block servers) is
that the files that are listed in CT search results are also the files that are
reconstructable.
Secondary to that, we could hope that more popular files are preserved over less
popular files.
Huh-oh! We aren't currently measuring a very critical factor: the number of
files listed in CT searches which are not downloadable!
