Are you using w32?  What build env are you using?

Known problem.  It used to be BlockWrangler did all the routing for
downloads, based on info from the MetaTracker.  We decided to move that into
a Router interface (currently found in ent.py, but this will change shortly).

I want to work on this but it looks like all our metatrackers are down.  I'm
looking at setting another one up at cryptomonkey.net.  Until then I can't
code around this.

If you want to move forward look at getting download to talk to ent.py and
ent.py to route queries based on the Metatracker info.
