[mnet-devel] What would be new in v0.6.2 if it went out today?

Arno (or anyone else who knows):

Suppose Captain Waschk, Commander of the Version Zero Point Six Branch,
suddenly published v0.6.2 today. The ChangeLog and the Release Announcement
would tell curious users what is new and improved in v0.6.2 versus v0.6.1.208.

What would it say?

Hm... I see that I already wrote some things in the ChangeLog:

===================================
Mnet v0.6.1.213-STABLE - 2003-05-12
===================================

Core:
 * Every ten minutes during a download, look for new block servers from which
    you can fetch blocks. (Formerly, it would never look for new block servers
    unless it knew fewer than one hundred and twenty.)
 * At the beginning of a publish, look for new block servers to which you can
    publish blocks. (Formerly, it would never look for new block servers unless
    it knew fewer than eight.)
 * At the beginning of a "publish metadata", look for new content trackers to
    which you can publish metadata.
 * When viewing search results, include datestamps showing when the files were
    published.

Cool. Well, that sounds like a substantial enough improvement to merit a
v0.6.2 right there.

Regards,

Zooko
