Hm. I had that prob before... I have to use what comes with mingw.
it gives ugly mnet-cvs mails, i am sorry for that.
But i remember that the cvs-browse diffs were okay at another opportunity, 
and that checkouts worked as they should...
Will try to avoid that in future...

BTW: there is a first w32 062 test pack in files on sf! Please test 
everybody!
