The ZNFF format itself applies to one and only one file, and say nothing about 
the encoding of the file.  (In v0.6.1 we use Greg's Archive Format, inherited 
from Mojo Nation.)

Hopefully one of these standards (DIME, MHTML, etc.) will provide what we want 
-- bundling a bunch of web pages and img's and so forth into one file, 
compressing it, and ideally it will even do the re-ordering that Greg 
implemented where the first page is located first in archive and the pages that 
it links to are located next, etc. (to help with incremental display).

The only reason that one of these formats would be better than Greg's Archive 
Format is if we could use someone else's open source implementation...
