[mnet-devel] ZNFF progress

I've got part of the ZNFFEncoder done.  I was using pycrypto for the crypto
part but have discovered they have a pretty fatal flaw in it's design that
is slowing the encryption phase way, way down.  It's calling a python
function each time it wants a new value for the counter.  

I may look at wrapping crypto++ or trying to find a better way to do it with
pycrypto.

If anyone wants to look at in and see if they agree I would appreciate it.
