[mnet-devel] unit test for ent!

I don't know if the failure is in ent or in test_ent, but you can run 

./setup.py test --single=./mnetlib/test/test_ent.py

on the newnet branch and get a nice stack trace!

The unit test for ent simulates an entire network (currently at 100 nodes).  
This network is named "simulent".
