Well, I think we can rename it, but when how does it get retrieved from 
backup?  I guess if this problem happened then we would make a new version of 
the software which attempted to retrieve the db from backup?

I don't want to spend time on this.  I don't think there is a high risk that a 
new version of the software will mangle all ContentTracker dbs.

You are welcome to make some kind of backup if you want.  I guess you would do 
it in contentdb.py where we currently do "fileutil.rmrf(self.path)".
