[mnet-devel] private Mnet networks

It occurred to me that with the MetaTracker being part of the standard 
distribution it is now easy to set up private network, sort of like WASTE does 
as far as I know.  Simply setup your own MetaTracker and your own bootpage, 
and tell all your friends to use that bootpage.  Then you share files and disk 
space with all your friends, but not with the world at large.
