[mnet-devel] Time to put v0.7 on the "release trajectory"?

I'm thinking that now is a good time to put v0.7 into "stabilizing mode".  No 
patches would be accepted for v0.7 unless the patch either (a) fixes a bug or 
(b) fills in a "big missing feature" hole.  There are currently two Big 
Missing Feature Holes: 1.  a GUI, 2.  content tracking of some kind.

What do you guys think?
