[mnet-devel] IRC chatter about v0.7

Well, I want to make changes like that.  In fact, I have some incomplete 
changes in my sandbox to make all the reputation/relationship stuff be based 
around PeerSet and all the contactinfo/phonebookentry stuff be based around 
CommStrat.

However, I wonder if we ought to make a branch of v0.7 and send that branch 
off towards stability before I commit any such patches.  v0.7 is currently 
used for MetaTrackers, and I don't want MT ops to have to live with an 
unstable branch...
