Okay, so the question is really: which branches (or which disruptive feature
sets) do we intend to put into the first v0.7-STABLE release? Here are some
ideas.

a) MT-VERYSTABLE; It has no UI or content tracking, so it's not really a
   candidate for a package release.

b) main branch plus v0.6's UI and v0.6's content tracking; This is the most
"conservative" approach, intended to release v0.7 earliest.

Then there are the following things that could also go in:

1. Refactoring of peer-relationships/comms. This is partially already done
in current main branch, but could be done more thoroughly, so that there is
*no* code *anywhere* that does peer-relationships except through the Peer
class, and there is no code anywhere that does transport except a CommStrat
class, and there is no code anywhere that does management of CommStrats
except the Peer class. That would be nice.

2. Fresh new GUI.

3. Fresh new HTML UI (does anyone want this? I don't.)

4. Polishing up of mnetctl. This isn't really disruptive and could go into a
   stabilizing branch I think.

5. Invent new decentralized database (Record Keeper).

6. Other big refactorings or big code cleanups. See the "v0.7" group on the
   issue tracker for a list.

7. Other big new features such as persistent personal content management,
incentive engineering, etc. etc., see the v0.7 group on the issue tracker
   for a list.

8. MetaTracker replacement, e.g. ent.
