[mnet-devel] new ideas for old MetaTracking

I love the idea of reducing the number of separate features in Mnet by having 
one mechanism perform multiple functions, so I really like the idea of using 
the decentralized file store to exchange contact info.

It requires that we have mutable mappings from fileIds to file contents, so 
that you can update your contact info and people get the new contact info 
using the same fileId that they used to get the old.
