[mnet-devel] the current bug in newnet

If you run ./setup.py test on branch "newnet", you'll get a unit test failure.

I added code where it sends a ping from every node to every other node during 
construction of the network.

These pings debugprint "ERROR: ping is not routeable" if some node receives a 
message saying "please pass this ping along to SO-AND-SO", and that node has 
no way to route to SO-AND-SO, i.e. he doesn't know any nodes closer to SO-AND-
SO's ID than himself, and he isn't SO-AND-SO and he doesn't know SO-AND-SO.

Feel free to fix it while I'm off picking up Irby from preschool and giving 
him a nap (ETA: 1 hour).
