[mnet-devel] thoughts about an earlier v0.7 release

Folks:

Since I'm actually running v0.7 now (see recently mnet-cvs commits for some 
details), I'm thinking "Hey, this thing actually runs.  Let's release it.".
Specifically, I'm thinking that with Jim and Rob supporting MetaTrackers and 
with ent turning into an endless research project, we should head toward a 
v0.7-STABLE release based on an MT net.

What do you guys think?

The big missing piece is a GUI.  And Content Tracking.

Whether or no, we should probably have a v0.7-UNSTABLE release, just for fun.
