[mnet-devel] profiling, tracing, code coverage

In v0.7, you can pass "--profile", "--trace", or "--coverage" on the cmdline 
after "python ./Mnet".  The --coverage one currently has a hardcoded path 
"/home/zooko/something" which ought to be fixed...
