[mnet-devel] needed: bootpage servers

Heh heh.  That's a fun idea.  But actually we have enough now.  We have 
bootpages operated by four independent individuals, two of whom (me and Art) 
are active contributors of code.  (One of the others, Kyle, is an *inactive* 
contributor of code -- you can find his name in the CREDITS file.)

Anyway, I think four is a good number.  If any three of us get hit by busses, 
then as long as the fourth makes sure that his bootpage points to at least one 
working MetaTracker, then v0.6.2 and v0.7.0 nodes will still be able to 
connect to the network.
