[mnet-devel] Simplfying CVS

Hi,

I plan this evening (if there are no protest) to do:

    * merge branch_metatrackerrouter to HEAD.  HEAD does not work, bmtr
sorta works

    * write a script and upload it to the CVS server to 
    
        * delete c_mencode 
        * delete pycryptopp
        * delete testfile
        * delete v0.5
        * rename mnet to mnet_old
        * rename mnet_new to mnet
        
The last step is the most questionable, as it means everyone would have to
check out the 'mnet_new' module agian with the new name 'mnet'.  

I'm motivated to do this a new developer came on and was confused about what
to get.  This seems like a simple fix to making it more clear what to do.
