If that is what is holding things back I would be more than willing to
throw the MT under LGPL (it turns out we are not going to need it for
the role I thought.) With a working reference model it would be rather
easy to update the MT to use the most recent broker infrastructure...
There are also a batch of updates to the MT that Greg did back in the
day which are antecedents of the MT code which is floating around out
there, so some of the more egregious bugs are probably already fixed.
