[mnet-devel] releasing v0.6.2 (was: Simplfying CVS)

Be careful with the old "mnet/" directory, as we are going to release v0.6.2 
from that source base.  We're going to do that very soon -- as soon as:

1.  There are at least two, hopefully three MetaTrackers.
2.  There is a w32 binary with wxWindows.

There will also be a Mac OS X binary (since it is just a matter of running 
"make" nowadays), and maybe even a Mac OS X binary with wxWindows if I decided 
to spend time on it and if it works pretty easily.
