I mention this because someone mentioned that he wanted to DHT-ify Mnet, and
I think the "One Hop" DHT system described here is both better for our target
environment and more similar to current Mnet.

Indeed, it is *very* similar to the peerman system in Mnet v0.6.  I would have
to look closer to say where they differ.
