[mnet-devel] v0.6.2 release: waiting for Arno to close out v0.6.2 issues

There are no open issues for v0.6.2 that I think should be fixed before the
public announcement.  See the issue tracker [1], with Group set to "v0.6.2" and
Status set to "Open".

It would be nice if someone would do a Gentoo port [2], but it would also be
okay if they did it after the public announcement.

We could still use more MetaTrackers -- we currently have four but only two of
them are likely to survive the summer, when Oscar and I each move out of our
current houses.

We have seven bootpage operators, all of whom are responsive.  So as new
MetaTrackers get set up, Mnet nodes can discover the new MetaTrackers either
through extant MetaTrackers or through the bootpages.

(By the way, Artimage's bootpage currently has line-breaks in it, which makes
it useless.)

I would *really* like for someone to set up a private Mnet to which only their
friends are invited.  It would be a good test to find any other
release-critical bugs before the v0.6.2 announcement.  It would also be a
useful thing to do, and something that Mnet ought to be good at.
