[mnet-devel] DARCS source for MetaTrackers

If you run a MetaTracker, and want to fetch patches that I've applied to my
metatracker, point your DARCS at this URL:

http://pion.zooko.com:10330/~zooko/mnet_new_mt/

You can also browse "viewcvs"-like pages with:

http://pion.zooko.com:10330/cgi-bin/viewdarcs?mnet_new_mt*

It seems that in DARCS-world URLs like these serve the purpose that "branches"
serve in CVS-world.  So in a sense, the first URL above is the way to get the
"zooko-meta-tracker" branch.
