The 0.7.1a8 code doesn't seem to have a
MULTI_ROOT_ID_TRACKER_CONTACT_INFO output line
anywhere in the code (it seems to have been removed by
patch
20040524212741-42141-2912510e767c3108a12263c22f9f34065de8d9eb.gz).
I added it back in, but the resulting output line
doesn't have a "peer address," which causes bootpage
to fail with a 'failed template check.'
Is this a configuration (node.conf, startup.py)
problem on my end? I quickly looked through
transaction._get_our_hello_msgbody(),
ListenManager.get_addr_and_newflag(), etc., but I
don't understand enough about CommStrats and some of
the other code to figure out where the peer addr
should be coming from.
