Hm.  I remember that Hauke Johannknecht invented a better bootstrapping 
mechanism to replace bootpages, which he called "parasitic".  Maybe he 
subsequently removed bootpages from the source?  If I recall correctly, 
Hauke's parasitic idea was that the MetaTracker listened on port 80 for 
HTTP bootpage requests as well as on port [SOME RANDOM HIGH NUMBER] for 
EGTP messages.

Peer address would be egtp.Node.get_comm_strat(), I think.

I'll set up an Mnet on my Mac laptop soon and try this stuff out myself 
and I'll be able to give you better help.
