  How would you like this?  The code I have depends on
(of course) the ldpc library, and I also added an
#ifdef block to one of their header files to keep it
from erroring out when included multiple times.

  Other components: 
- a few classes to wrap ldpc, as well as a coder and
decoder program.
- a modified randsel script (randselLDGM.py) to copy
"more than k" blocks and scramble their order.

  A tarball might be easiest.  Do you want that sent
to the mailing list, or is there a more appropriate
target?
