The original outline/paper is on that web site, which describes the design
goals. I'm busy writing up the presentation and a more coherent description
of the system now; I'll put up a preliminary version on that site in a few
days.

The mailing list is also a repository for a lot of discussion around
individual protocol issues. Note that the specific protocols haven't been
finalized (I'm using Twisted's native RPC layer for now, since there's only
one implementation to interoperate with), and I'm hoping to get feedback from
other potential implementors before settling on something.
