[mnet-devel] a bunch of last-minute patches

looks like we still have a little problem:
could you please look what happened with CT lookup agj3x from cq5h4 to 
nw31m at nw31m?
It did not come back to cq5h4, neither directly nor via relay (it was the 
third in a row of 10 lookups, where the first two came back directly, the 
third was lost, and after a certain time the other #4 through #10 came via 
relay). That makes me suspicious...
