[mnet-devel] a stress test is launched on the real live Mnet

In order to see how Mnet handles transient newbie peers, I've rigged a shell
script on my machine to generate a new peer, register it with the metatrackers
as a block server, publishing block server, content tracker, relay server, and
meta tracker, then take it down and delete it entirely and start again.
It generates useless newbie peers at a rate of about 1 peer every 2.5 minutes.
It's been running for one hour, and I intend to leave it on overnight.
I think that this will cause problems for nodes that do not have
PEERMAN_PROBABILISTIC_EXCLUSION turned on!
Regards,
Zooko
