[mnet-devel] New node does not connect to network!!!

Now we got the problem i was fearing about:

I put up a completely new broker.
Either due to peerman or this "clever" meta tracker masking it only sent 
one "list servers" to h8ric, which did not get replied.
So the whole thing got stuck for quite a while.
It was possible to issue a search, but this was sent to exactly 0 (zero) 
CTs.
Only after something like ten minutes it tried another MT, so it would 
actually the network.
Innocent users might have given up at that point...
I am not sure what exactly to do for that...
