[mnet-devel] New node does not connect to network!!!

it does somehow gain network access finally, but pretty slowly.
and it did not even try to send a hello in the beginning...
and it is very slow again starting downloads and even much more for a
publish.
BTW i am trying Mnet in an internet cafe as well, and it seems still not to
start on a windows98/ME machine :(
i will look into those things tonight.
i guess we have both unwanted behaviour and need for a
fresh-node-first-uptime-communication boost..
