I was wrong to write "darcs push 
http://mnetproject.org/repos/mnet_new_mt".  An scp-style URL is 
"arno at mnetproject.org/var/www/mnetproject.org/repos/mnet_new_mt".  This 
kind of push is push over ssh, which only works if you have a login on 
mnetproject.org and write permission to 
/var/www/mnetproject.org/repos/mnet_new_mt on that machine.

The preferred way to do things is by e-mail instead of by this ssh 
access, but as we know there are problems with e-mail in darcs/w32 at 
the moment.
