How does this sound to you?

If you use some cmdline-capable mail agent (cygwin?), then you could 
have a script like "darcs send -o foo.txt && mail -s'patch' 
mnet-patches at mnetproject.org < foo.txt && rm foo.txt".

With such a script, it wouldn't be extra effort on your part to send 
patches.
