How does one make the local darcs repo deal with the fact that the name 
has changed?  It makes no difference to the local darcs repo.  The only 
time the address matters is when you use it on the command-line, as in:

darcs pull http://mnetproject.org/repos/metatracker_for_old_network

When you do that, it downloads all the new patches via HTTP and applies 
them to your local repo.  It doesn't remember where it got them after 
the command returns.
