[mnet-devel] [ mnet-Bugs-911386 ] more better metatrackers

osh needs instructions how to poke the hole into his firewall. He tried 
but did not succeed yet. I could try the same here, but need maybe even 
more help. (What is such a thing as a port...?) Arno
