Note http://mnetproject.org/ now redirects to the sf.net page.  If you 
need to give out the url for the project, that one should be memorable.

The darcs cgi program could use some work.  It really should grok 
PATHINFO as the way to say it's in a repository, rather than the first 
GET param.  And use GET params like ?mode=patch or ?mode=file rather 
than ** and * to decide what mode it's in.  So now I have to learn 
haskel. :)

What does this mean for CVS users?  I'm not eager to hand sync it with 
the darcs stuff any more.  Either we need to find/write a script to make 
cvs readonly sync or give up on it.
