[Mnet-devel] dead metatracker

As discussed on IRC, I take full responsibility for pushing patches that 
I wrote in the mnet_new_mt repo into the mainline repo.  FYI, there is an
intermediate repo where I pull from mnet_new_mt and also from
http://mnetproject.org/repos/mnet, resolve conflicts, and test.  That repo is
available at http://pion.zooko.com:10330/~zooko/mnet.

P.S.  Whoops -- I have hit the "darcs takes forever to merge" bug.  My
"mainline merging repo" is currently stuck...
