Mnet needs publishers:  People who put stuff on to the network.  If you 
care about Red or Blue, then they will publish Red or Blue, taking 
advantage of the 99% who don't care, but happen to be running Mnet to 
download other stuff.

At some point I want an "autopublish" function.  Take this folder, and 
make sure all the files in it are accessible via the network.
