The thing I wrote below may have been confusing.  What it boils down to 
is that the network works, but there is only one metatracker that my 
node discovered, so it isn't very robust.

I suspect that this is because there is only one metatracker currently 
running.

Eugen's bootpage worked, and offered up the public keys and IP 
addresses of five different metatrackers.  It wouldn't hurt for us to 
go through and figure out which metatrackers actually work or have any 
chance of starting to work and remove the other dead ones from our 
bootpages.

More important, however, would be to have at least one more metatracker 
to keep the network together in case the current MT experiences an 
interruption of service.
