[Mnet-devel] MT FAQ

sigh! cvs useage is so much easier! i already lost weeks of hack time with  
that darcs thing, and i still don't know what for. Please include as well  
the cvs targets in the faq, usually new people prefer to start with that  
than willing to install new software they don't know.
